Tyretrax Recordings originates from an artist’s struggle to get their music heard. Battling against the lack of support and exposure he and his friends received in West Wales Toryn Davis aka The Punisher, took it upon himself to setup a record label collective to help Welsh artist’s reach the global audience and gain the exposure they deserved.

The Tyretrax.net collective of labels offer the full spectrum of dance music genres with tracks produced by some of the best undiscovered and more established artists in Wales. Waiting for labels to listen to your tracks and respond can be a frustrating process. Digital distribution constitutes the fastest way for the end user to discover new music from aspiring artists.

Tyretrax Recordings will be the platform for special tracks and collaborations.

Digital Rehab Recordings specializes in Hard Dance, Trance, hardcore, Techno and Psy-Trance.

Jamin Records specializes in Drum & Bass, Jungle, Breaks, Electro and Hip Hop. With another label in the pipeline being setup for experimental dance music.

2008 stages the launch of the Tyretrax.net collective and the beginning of a valuable resource for Welsh artists. With many exciting developments such as new releases and events you can be sure Tyretrax is going to make a big impression on the Welsh music scene this year!

We are always looking out for licensing new tracks to the Tyretrax Records.
Here at Tyretrax we are Artists as well as being a Recording Label so we fully understand the deals and percentages offered by other labels out there.
We believe that the Artists should have an equal 50% split on any income with the Recording Label.

For a new track to be considered it must be of as equal quality, or better quality than what has been released on any of the Tyretrax Records labels. You got what it takes? We really do hope so. We're interested in top end tracks that will be played night after night at parties across the globe.
What styles are we interested in? Well we support all categories of Dance Music played from a warmup set, right through to the end of the afterparty! The main genre of our Recording Label here is quality...

Here's what we offer as a licensing deal.

• 50/50 split with Tyretrax and the artist on all sales.
• Royalty payments will be paid back to artist on 6 monthly accounting via paypal.
(This is the way its always been with Tyretrax and will continue to do so.)
• Licensed tracks will be Published by Tyretrax Music.
(This means any radio airplay, tv, movie play, parties who submit playlists, and all publishing royalties will be looked after and collected for you.)
• Promotion - your tracks will be sent to the elite DJs and submitted to many key reviewers to both promote you as an artist and the tracks as new music available.
• All Tracks will be put forward for future CD releases and DJ mix compilations.
• Possibility of remixes of your track by other major artists and licenses to other major label's compilations.
• A chance to do some remixes of up and coming tracks for Tyretrax Records.
• Html page with your bio, photos & discography on our Artists section.
